Group Workout Session
Group training session are hosted twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays( 7:30 to 8:00) for 30 minutes each session at a very low investment of $50 USD per week.
Our training focuses on:
- Cardio to aide in weight loss and improve lung capacity etc.
- Strength training to help individuals stay focus while developing strength.
- The right technique to prevent injuries and achieve the best results for a healthier you.
- Building endurance and confidence in reaching the desired health and fitness goals.
We offer the following flexible plans to fit your busy schedule
4 sessions paid monthly $100
2 sessions paid weekly $50
Individual sessions $35
