One on One Reset Program


Do you have a desire to loose weight and develop a healthy lifestyle? Our one on one Reset program may be a great fit for you. 

The One on One Reset Program is design to help you reach and maintain your fitness goal by providing a fitness and health plan tailored to your personal needs.

Each training session with coach Gillian includes a 30 minutes workout and a 15 minutes nutrition guide. These sessions are offered once per week for 4 weeks on zoom at a low investment of $175 USD per month. 


                                               One On One Fitness & Nutrition Session

The one on one fitness & nutrition class includes:

  • measurement tracking sheets to track your inches
  • nutrition guide for healthy meal plan
  • weekly food and water exercise log
  • SMART goal setting for accountability
  • 30 minutes weekly workout session
